Using Philips Hue as a Status Light for VS Code AI Tasks

Sometimes the most satisfying projects are the tiny ones. I connected the Codex notify hook in VS Code to my Philips Hue lights using a simple PowerShell script to create an ambient status indicator for AI tasks.
